Normal Three bedroom...two bathrooms ...main bathroom ensuing... open plan kitchen leading to dinning room and lounge...tiled roof..high ceiling...verandah...sliding doors from lounge leading to verandah with braai area...one kitchen door at the back...all rooms must be enamel frame window...Normal building blocks.
I need to have a Nutech house constructed with plans approximate measurements are for an L-Shaped building. Measurements to be 8m x 6,5m width 3,5m on both sides
Main house: 4 bedroom, main bedroom has walk in closet,1 office, 2 bathrooms (1 is MES), 1 guest loo. Open plan lounge, dining room into big kitchen, with separate scullery which leads into double garage, slightly longer than usual garage. Plus bar. Around sm for the house, plus 40odd sm for the garage. Cottage, 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge dining room and kitchen. Looking for Nutec or timber or other reasonably priced building material. Also want, 10mx4m swimming pool. Still looking for land, so need pricing at this stage. Stand size we are looking at will be around sm. Also need boundary wall, site clearing, water and electricity connection plus back up water tanks and generator connection. Fittings, middle of the range, not the cheapest or most expensive. Have come up with some rough plans, so can send them.
In a 3.2 ha pice of land situated on a m bank of the vaal marina. 3 modern design houses each with a build size of m^2 to m^2 all having pools and semi ultra modern finishes. By the river bank a modern clubhouse with a build of m^2 with a deck going into the dam. The materiel to be used are concrete and steel mostly with huge glasses and very minimal usage of bricks.
I would like to rebuild my mother's house in Letlhabile. It's currently a two bedroomed, toilet (No bath or shower), a small kitchen and lounge. I would like to restructure it as it seems to not be built properly or standing in the correct position. I would like to demolish all of it or most of it and build a three bedroomed home, with an ensuite in one of the rooms, a fully functional bathroom, a lounge, kitchen and dining room. I'm looking to have a modern/minimalistic look to it inside. This would also include a double garage and refencing of the property. I would have loved to attach a photo of the home stand however do not have any at the moment.
The project is a campus for a primary and high school. Precise measurements are pending. I would like a preliminary quote based on the information available on the rough draft. Ignore the measurements on the draft, take into account the number buildings and rooms. Ignore the distances between the buildings as that is also subject to change.
There’s an existing Boundary wall that needs to be demolished and reconstructed the wall is out of municipal lines and is built on top of the drain but the main reason for demolition is because the boundary wall wasn’t built prope from the first place. Slightly angled flat roof rising towards the south(Chromadeck).Cemcrete floor finishes throughout.No tiles except in showers.
Construction of a - sq meter single storey farm house 10km northeast of Ladysmith town along the N11. Required are 4 bedrooms two of which to have ensuite bathrooms , open plan kitchen, lounge. Standard design. Corrugated iron roof with bubble foil insulation, nutec ceilings. Floors to be tiled (not fancy).
