We have just purchased a home in the Wilgeheuwel are looking to have the roof of the garage checked. We were informed that it does leak slightly after heavy rainfall, however we are concerned as we have noticed rust after an further inspection in the garage. Roof is IBR sheeting and not concrete. We would like to confirm structural condition of the roof.
Good Day, Kindly note that we have a number of buildings in Nelspruit and Polokwane. The status of these roofs are unknown at the moment and we would appreciate an inspection and quote to bring the roof up to standard. My immediate concern is the Standard Bank Building situated in Nelspruit with the address listed as 29 Brown Street. I have a leak above the Standard ATM and I have numerous complaints already. This will need to be a 3 bedroom house that is open plan. We are looking at the prices of standard bricks and / or Building blocks. We have a plan that has been approved however, the plan is from another ERF and the elevations on the plot is more or less level. Ground is Sandy as far as I can tell. We need a builder that is NHBRC registered that can work with the bank. Attached is the plan, how ever, we only need the house done with the patio, not the garages ect. if that can be quoted separately to see how far we ca go
Do preparation on damp walls and plaster cracks prior to painting. A total of 22 flats (double storeys) external paint only, including 10 window frames per flat and +- 23 safety gates. Palisades of approximately x . meters needs to be painted as well. Yard walls +- meters x 1.2 meters high to be included. All paint and accessories being bought already so only will be labour price required.
