I have an old 3 bedroom house I'd like to remodel into 2 Semi-detached units approx 65sqm each offering 2 bedrooms. I am not yet sure if this can all be accommodated within the current building envelope. The end product is to create 2 new independent units for rental income. Some work may be required for landscaping and creating separate entrances.
We have long tandem garage and there is separate room under back end of garage for storage. Wood sheet flooring was done by previous owner, but it is not supported from floor to beams for heavy load of a vehicle. We would like to strengthen the wood floor 3mx3m size which has mmx50mm beams running across only. Need most cost effective and easiest solution for this alteration.

The warehouse is located on a farm, surrounded by fences, with security guards at the exit. There are also fences outside the warehouse. There are 4 warehouses in total, each 20mX10m. The warehouse, farm, and security guards are all our property. We need you to provide two construction services. First, we need to build a protective earth embankment 3m outside the warehouse. The specific earth pile design drawings are attached; Second, the floor inside the warehouse is a flat cement floor. We need you to paint with anti-static and anti-slip glue (Electrostatic Discharge paint).
Our current biometric readers are old and it is becoming difficult and costly to get replacement parts as they are rarely available, time and again they keep shutting down. We want to get new devices which will be compatible with our current system, durable and functional, we looking at fingerprint, access card and facial reader, lastly it has to be a system which can be linked with other campuses, so that our students and staff from other campuses can be able to access our campus.
