I have a tiled roof but the extension is zinc. The roof leaks when is rains and it leaked badly with the storm last week. It is heavy where the tile and zinc connects but not only. there are a few places all over the roof. The ceiling boards have become damage and mouldy. Good day, I am considering to buy a house. Single level, approx m2. The current roof is very shallow compared to it's neighbours. There is also a mysterious leak that appears only once in a while. Hello! Area above two bathrooms allows water to enter next to the wall. Flat roof with gutters on it. Main roof were fix 3+ years ago but this 5m stretch starting to create problems. <10 m2 urgently; maybe need update bigger area as well. Don't think this job is very big as a start and will take max a few hours. Thanks!

Area want to cover is approximately 6x6 meters. It is a brick paved stoep area which would be attached to the house on two sides. Would like a quote for either a white or pearl polycarbonate roofing sheets of fairly good quality or a alluminium louvre roof. We have just removed the previous pollycarb roofing sheets as they were cracked and damaged.
My roof is largely slab and IBR. It is therefore a combination of IBR and concrete slab. One side of the house has what is called Parapet roof. About a year ago I paid a contractor to re-waterproof the the whole roof. They applied the burn-on layer on the concrete slab and they used the membrane and resin on the rest. Unfortunately it is still leaking and I am unable to get them back to repair it. They promise to come but they never do. it has been those promises for quite a long time now. I am now trying to get another service provider to deal with as I am worried that the spring and summer rains are just weeks, if not days away.
IRB ,type arrangement, old property, roof slope is insufficient, contribute to the internal leakage.I need advice for either replace roof and modify the slope to allow better water drainage. OUDTSHOORN is area with high temperatures, the external repairs were mostly coating with material fiber, as expect will fail with in due time as result off the temperature changes. I want a permanent guarantee for the propose repairs or replacement.
