I live in a house in a complex and have a single garage which measures mmxmm. I would like to have it sealed off, add a ceiling, raise the floor by about a meter, paint, and install a shower, toilet, basin, kitchenette, windows and door. I have a small kitchen with a single wall that needs to be knocked out between it and the living room, a full kitchen remodel with new cupboards, a kitchen island and gas stove. (Convert to open plan kitchen) Re-tiling about 52sqm including kitchen, living area, dining area and bathroom. Tile removal in bathroom, new bath and toilet units, walk in shower and moving vanity. Potentially remove existing bedroom cupboards and install new ones.
General maintenance and repairs - please price separately per item listed below 1. Bedroom cupboard shelves need realignment or replaced where damaged 2. Bedroom cupboard doors need to be aligned or re-adjusted 3. Kitchen door hinges and/or door lock needs adjustment to close properly. 4. Washing lines need to be replaced (use nylon, not rope) 5. Good day, I’m looking for a quote to remodel two bathrooms, where I want to install a new bathtub, double vanity and toilet and other accessories. In the main bathroom, I would like to extend the bathroom by demolishing the staff quarter in the back about 3 x 2 m. I don’t have the building plans as yet.
Ground floor: an entrance patio that leads to the kitchen and a formal lounge that has a patio, then there’s a passage and when you enter the passage on the right there are stairs and next to the stairs there’s a bathroom and on the left there’s a dining room, going down the passage there’s bedroom 1 and 2, and at the end of the passage there’s a master bedroom with an en-suite and a patio, next to it there’s a garage. First floor: going up the stairs on you’ll end up on a passage facing bedroom 3, on the right of bedroom 3 there’s a pyjama lounge with a balcony, on the left of bedroom 3 there’s bedroom 4, opposite bedroom 4 there’s the study and between the study and the stairs there’s a bathroom. Down the passage, there’s a master bedroom with a master en-suite and between them, there’s a walk-in closet. This is my ideal house. I need a professional to execute it for me. Thank you
Good day I'm looking to do a full remodel of the bathroom remove the bath and relocate the shower as walk in, retile and paint, remodel the kitchen and redo flooring from tile to vinyl. 1. Kitchen Kitchen recently gutted and DIY fixes put in place. We are now looking at changing countertops and the cabinet to be much more user friendly. We prefer draws to cuboards for below counter. The floor to ceilng pantry cupboard needs to be replaced with a counter top with under-counter draws. We are hoping to keep exising cabinetry, but adapt the cuboards to draws. The above counter cabinets require new cupboard doors. We a have a blue (undercounter) and Whte above counter design. Window treatment must include a frame and window sill. Back door to be replaced with alluminium new sink. All plumbing works are complete. 2.Bathroom ( Main) We recently renovated our en-suite and would like to create the same design in the main bathroom, whihc is currently tiled floor to ceiling. only seeking new tiles up to half the wall ( white subway) - new Toilet, new sink and floating cabinet to replace existing items. 3.Patio / Fire Pit / Deck Require compbination of non-slip tile and maintenace -free decking. Retainer wall for splash pool to be retiled Patio area requires new IBR sheets and a ceiling installed.
