Youth sports day for our Bolobedu Site: Six soccer teams and Six netball teams will participate in the sport day event, from the host communities (Ramaroka / Shawela / Mohlabaneng). Tournament will be hosted in the Ramaroka community. There will be a total of participants including players, officials, referees etc. for both sporting codes (Soccer & Netball) Catering will be provided, three catering service providers from the host communities. The date of the event is Monday 17 June . Suggestions Providing of sport kits / gear for all the participated teams. 2 trophies (Winner and Runner Up). Medals for all participants. Soccer and netball balls for the day. Organizing team will be establish including CLO’s and members of the sport community of the host communities to discuss logistics and programme on game day. Indemnity forms to be signed by all participants. Catering to be proved for up to people, menu to caterers will be provide with fix unit price.
Hi we would like to have catering for a wedding for people for 27 July . However we are interested in a simpler, function like, catering . For example 1x salad, 1x starch, 1x vegetable, 1x main meal, 1x dessert. We also would need waiters and delivery. The venue is still not confirmed. however it should be within 1 hour drive from Pretoria. We are still early in our planning, so we are still just finding out what our options are could you send us an estimate on what such a catering would cost us per person? regards

Our event is very unique with a limited budget related to different items and have specific times to serve to various components according to program at different venues ....learners get seperate from adults ...judges need arrival snacks and beverages. A phone call to better explain would be required and appreciated

I have an event where I will be hosting between 80 - guests for a Spit braai, I would like something a bit classy, but need to meet a busget - so cant be too flashy It is based in a factory area - using the outside of the workshop for the braai, serving will be done inside the workshop where my guests will be saeted for presentations and entertainment.
