I'm in a flat complex. I am often away from my flat, so need something that I can get monitoring on my phone if possible?

We are planning on ordering/building 5 barn types of steel structures like what BMI steel does (roof and support). Looking at a 15m x 30m home on 1 level (4,5m to eve’s height), I am trying to establish a very rough estimate for the shareholders. It is for a farm set-up. We like nice finishes but they must be suitable for the farm environment. Our one particular home should have 4 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, a patio, battery room for solar, and big open plan living areas. We have an architect friend to draw up plans. Good day, I am searching for a security patrol team for our area in Pretoria - Kwaggasrand / West Park. The community wants to get patrol security for crime prevention, visibility, tactical response to incidents and reporting of incidents to SAPS when such response and/or apprehending of suspects occurs. Basically, creating and maintaining a safe environment. The cost is not for 1 single household but rather the community therefore the cost will be a joined monthly effort by the community; the quoted amount once approved will be divided between the households. The idea is to have a single bank account that the residents pay into monthly along with their reference number. I will be the go between and take up any cost inaccuracies with the community. There is buy-in from the community and we’re ready. I have a small kitchen with a single wall that needs to be knocked out between it and the living room, a full kitchen remodel with new cupboards, a kitchen island and gas stove. (Convert to open plan kitchen) Re-tiling about 52sqm including kitchen, living area, dining area and bathroom. Tile removal in bathroom, new bath and toilet units, walk in shower and moving vanity. Potentially remove existing bedroom cupboards and install new ones.
