In the case of Change of Directors the Certificate of Director Amendments (CoR39) or (CM29) obtained from the Companies & Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) is required. I would like to have my Provisional Tax filed as the SARS offices have been doing it all these years for me but they say no-one is allowed in the Building , The System is now changed and i cannot locate the section dealing with Provisional Tax.which involves only my half yearly interest I earn on my investments
