How long does an architectural project typically last?

Double store house, 2 wings with 4 garages, House entry way (avoid big hollow space) Double garages on each wing, No round poles (hate them), 4 bedrooms with 2 en-suites Separate study with built in book shelves, Main bedroom with a balcony Main bedroom with a big shower + tab, Other en-suite with shower only Downstairs bathroom both shower + tab, Separate cottage with en suite Kitchen with a scullery and pantry, 2 Lounges, BIG main lounge A big solar system for load shedding, Geyser solar system like I have now (Must) Solar system connected to lights, Plus/ minus swimming pool (Optional)

Redo the house . It will be an empty shell. I have 2 properties that must be renovated . the first house has 1 Kitchen 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms ,1 lounge ,1 dinning , 1 small study and 1 double garage . I am looking to remodel our main bedroom by breaking the wall between the main bathroom and the maid quarters, which means the bathroom will move into the main quarters. I am going to need an architect to give advise. Also need to build a wall in the front of the house. 40 meter in length and 3 meters in height
