Hi, I would like to build a semi detached two storey nutec house on a m² erf. House = 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite), open plan kitchen and lounge, garage. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite and 1 family bathroom) upstairs and then the open plan kitchen and lounge with 1 guest toilet downstairs.
