What kind of fence offers the most protection?
There are a number of criteria you should look at when deciding which fence would provide you with the most protection against burglars.
We have just purchased an old house that requires some TLC and/or remake to suit our taste, e.g. bigger kitchen with scullery, wooden floors repair & restoration, additional outdoor lighting, borehole water softening & purification, converting outside old bucket toilet into flushing one and finally look at solar system installation options.
Want to upgrade old wired system to fully wifi and cctv system for property currently on armed response adt for last 27 years. Main house 6 rooms and outhouse garage and workshop 3 rooms and Wendy house. Currently on adt alarm radio monitoring system and unmonitored electric fence and simple ellies desktop front gate camera. Need to be pet friendly..3 cats have main house access ..2 very active dogs have full property outdoor access when not at home..they currently set off wired beams outside. I have sample plan to serve as an example. We are planning to rent commercial property that we want to renovate and turn into a radiology medical facility. The property need to be renovated to have a reception area, a waiting area for patients, a kitchen for the staff, a lounge resting area, a room that with small single compartments to allow doctors and other staff to sleep/rest while working overnight/overtime and an office space for the staff We are looking at square metres to spare metre rented facility. I have uploaded 2 sample plans of the other testing radiology rooms. so it won't look exactly like tis plan, but these are samples of how we would like the facility to look like. I would like quotes, or an idea of how the entire renovation cost would cost us. the building material cost, and labour, just a rough estimate would be great thanks

We are non- profit organization based in a rural area, we operate in a two room house where we want to do a mini computer lab. we request an alarm system and cctv system which will help us to make criminal see it as a struggle to enter, many enter via roof in our area. we would like also recommendations where you can.
Please see attached pics, we are wanting to also pop rivet a sheet of rubber against the gate as this gate is in the middle of our son's cricket net, we are busy building and worried about the noise and damage. we have been renovating some of the house over the last couple of years, but we are looking to upgrade so that we can sell the house for more. upgrading includes a full renovation of the kitchen and scullery area, upgrading two bathrooms, replacing all the window frames and flooring, skirtings, fireplace, painting and stiling the 5 bedroom house.
