Carports vs. Garages: Pros and Cons
Which is better, a carport or a garage?
If I'm not mistaken it is .25 sguare m. Meaning ground floor .13 and first floor .10 square meter.
I just want to add an extra bedroom.
Would like to construct 2-bedroom apartments simplex, that will have 6 apartments. I have a plan however I need some modifications and also there are existing foundations. Services I require: building walls, with aluminium windows, door frames and doors, tiled roof (hip or open gable), floor tiles, septic tank, sinks, toilets, bathtubs.
I need some bathroom renovation.
I would like to remodel the house, extend the outside walls by a meter, change the main bedroom window into a sliding door. New roof and get the ceiling a bit high. Upgrade the electrical wiring, change windows and doors, upgrade the current sliding door into the folding one. Upgrade the bathrooms. Change the double garage roof from zinc into tiles ( Tuscan style) extend the back room and laundry, add inside shower and toilet.

Three bedrooms, one bathroom. Main bedroom has an en suite.
We want to build ontop of an existing house. About sqr metres. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and an open plan kitchen and lounge area down stairs. The down stairs exists it just needs renovation.
