I removed the tiles from the floor of my balcony as I had water problems in my braairoom below the balcony. I then sloped the balcony floor away from building walls and made the water exit holes bigger with more slope. I now need waterproofing on the floor of balcony. Question: If I want to use the balcony, can I walk on your waterproofing ??
Total Roof Area is +- m2 of which only 40m2 is 2nd floor at 45 degree pitch. The rest is flat. I am looking for removal of existing composite fibre roof and replace with AZ 0.53mm profile corrugated colorbond/colourplus roof sheets. +-35 sheets x 3.4m in length. insolation to be installed included.
I would like a quote for waterproofing. The structure is a concrete roof, it has been treated many years before but now, during heavy rains, the water is seeping through again, especially by the steal beams and where the walls join. I need a rubber-like type proofing please, not just a type of a painting. I am not an expert on this, but that is the type of application I have in mind.

I had a new roof installed but i'm not sure if its done correctly and cant get hold of the guys now. Would like to know if i need to do anything or just wait until it breaks. There seems to be alot of movement on the new sheeting. Installed chromoadek but its not as firm as the old rotten one. Sheets seem to be drilled in firm at the scews. The other thing i'm concerned about is the headwall and sidewall flashing, it does not seem flush against the wall and they just put membrane and sealed it.
Prior to purchase of property. On the ceilings I noticed small water marks, like condensation. I am in the UK and looked on Google earth and noticed that there are two areas which look like water pooling. I need an inspection to advise of issue, can it be repaired or replaced and cost and timeframe
We have a room built against a hill, which means that there is soil directly against half the height of one wall. When it rains, water in the soil seeps down and through the wall, damaging the carpet and the paintwork in the room. What is needed is comprehensive damp-proofing along the length of the wall, and down to foundation level.
Please email me. I work at a university and not always available for calls. Granny flat. Rising damp from foundations (I assume). Converted garage. 1 wall, has a french door in the wall, hoping to stop damp on either side of door, each wall approx 2m. Damp (flaking plaster outside and mould on inside wall) up to approx 2m high.
One Layer "Derbigum" or other equally approved SP4 waterproofing membrane sealed to solvent based bitumen primed surface by means of torch fusion with minimum mm side laps and minimum mm end laps 1. On slabs m2 2. On turn-up, turn-down not exceeding mm girth 6 m2
