Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.

The house is already constructed. There is no finishing, no tiling, no ceiling, no electrical wiring its basically empty it's just an empty box. There is a double garage door, but there is no motor, no windows no doors, no painting, and no plumbing. I need a building company to do the finishing. Please feel free to contact me for more info.
