The water is getting under the belcony tiles which has caused dampnest of my wall and the paint is pealing off. It's only 6sqm the tiles has to be removed, and torch-on bitumen applied then re-tiled. I want it done as soon as the walls and the belcony has dried completely. Because the last guy that did it said it would last 10 years and it's not even 6, the second picture is to show the state of the walls directly below the belcony. 1. Kitchen Kitchen recently gutted and DIY fixes put in place. We are now looking at changing countertops and the cabinet to be much more user friendly. We prefer draws to cuboards for below counter. I am needing a pool to run a Swim School from home but am trying to save space as in the future I would possibly build a 25m pool in the garden. Pool that can be on the patio area, with a skylight and sliding glass doors with a seating area, changeroom, toilet and shower. Pool to have as much sunlight as possible.

Double story house, 4BR en-suite batrooms. 2 master bedrooms on 2nd floor, connected by a thin landing that over looks the open foyer of the house on 1 side and other side against the floor to ceiling windows. 1 floor open plan kitchen with island, with dining room.
