The Apartment is in an old Sectional Title complex with Steel windows that do not seal. I may not remove the existing. I want to install new frames on the inside and keep the existing steel frames. Calyptus, Oak wood(could be wrong), not sure of the dimensions. It's a very old and weathered window frame that has split at one of its joints, I believe the wood swelled and the nails no longer for snugly. The glass pane also fell out recently because of this, so I would need that replaced. I don't want to replace the whole wooden frame since the home will be under full renovation in a few months, so if possible, could the split be fixed and a new window pane be installed without the treatment of the entire frame?
My house is located on that crossing of 2 streets, very very lit by the street lights, with 1 main door and 1 garage door. As the access is in a L shape, the cameras would need to make a surveillance of 2 fronts of the house, with windows. I would like to be able to access the views on a App from my Iphone and be alerted in case of issues. Maybe the main door, the garage door need an alarm in case they are broken open. the flat is on square meter, 2 bedrooms ensuite baths and 1 living room open kitchen. + below garage entry that leads into a bedroom by stairs. I represent Tshimologong , which is an innovation and education hub in Braamfontein. We are owned by WITS who is our shareholder, but are an independent company. We have a finger print and card access door system. Due to having many students the system needs to be robust. The system is currently broken and old and needs replacement. I'd like an alarm system and cameras installed. There is wiring for cameras currently with about 5 camera points at the property. I require the testing of current faulted system and repair of current technologies that is already installed but not active. Possible new installation of a new inside and outside alarm monitoring system with armed response. It has to have different inside and outside monitoring settings in the different zones in and outside my house.
This is for a guest house based in Mtunzini. We are looking for an easier access control system that can make the process easier on staff dealing with incoming and exiting guests. Currently staff need to go out and open for guests when they come in or leave, we issue remotes to guests when they check in and sometimes leave in the middle of the night with our remotes which is obviously an inconvenience.
