Dear Sir/Madam I want a steel sliding gate installed across the entrance to a covered stoep. The width of the gap is 5,2m, and the height 3m. In addition to being burglar proof, it needs to be baboon resistant (thus relatively small openings). It is a coastal environment, hence rust proofing is very important. At the moment I do not anticipate automating the gate. Could you please inform me whether you do such custom installations, what the approximate (ball park) cost would be, and what you would recommend to prevent rust of the gate and sliding mechanism? Over haul maintenance Wind damage thatched ripped out on roof Had an overhaul in thatch wasn’t compacted tightly resulted in draughts and thatch being ripped off in strong winds and capping needs replacement and a couple a leaks To sum up the previous overhaul was shoddy workmanship hence the problems

Good day, You once came to repair, service and move the outside aircon unit at my place. However, the challenges continue with water still being discharged in the house and not outside. Our plan is to add a pool in the backyard and we would also like to add a living room for our kids, there bedrooms are bedroom 1 and guestroom. They each have their own bathroom that we thought we could move, as its not a nice spot for the bathrooms. We would also like to modernize the outside of our house, the front, and the back, the house needs to be repainted. My husband is worried about the levelling of the pool, also we stay on a farm so our house plans are not at the town council, I don’t even think it exist in Ladismith as our Municipality is out of action. My 91 year father lived in Gardens, Cape Town, on his own. He has been hassled by beggars for many years and they have now convinced him to go to the ATM with him so he can draw money out for them.
