We live in an older house. Our washing machine is working quite well, but we need someone to come out and check because our washing sometimes comes out with yellow-ish or orange stains. owns a building in Lichtenburg with 3 bathrooms. Each bathroom has its own toilet and the male bathroom has a urinal as well. There is a nauseating smell coming from the male bathroom. The adjacent offices as well as the boardroom is severely affected by this. The toilets are also not flushing away all the toilet paper. We had a local plumber visiting the premises and his opinion is that we will have to replace all toilets as well as the urinal as the pipes and connections are too old and worn out. The scope of work is of simple and straightforward nature: 1. Outside tap is leaking between the copper pipe and the sealing nut. 2. Flat roof above garage, surrounded by a small parapet wall, the floor area is covered by tiles would like to have a complete waterproof coverage with the sides slightly against the wall to stop future leakage. The area is approximately 42 sq metres and I have at present leaking problems at the inner edge of the walls.

I removed the tiles from the floor of my balcony as I had water problems in my braairoom below the balcony. I then sloped the balcony floor away from building walls and made the water exit holes bigger with more slope. I now need waterproofing on the floor of balcony. Question: If I want to use the balcony, can I walk on your waterproofing ??
