Renovating an old house, the house is built right on the sidewalk, so it has a massive backyard. Would like lots of lawn, and trees, i have 3 avo trees, a mango, lemon an peach i would like to plant somewhere aswell. I have water available. Our Estate has rules against which type of grass we are allowed to install. Our preference will be: St. Augustine grass also known as Buffalo Grass. New house. North entry, north facing. Currently only has lawn. Patio facing driveway, need privacy. Property to be leased therefore need low maintenance hardy plants. Garden sloping from street level down to patio and house. On two levels with top terrasse held with retaining blocks. Need a few trees and flower beds.
