This Harassments has a long list before this mail i have send to Mbali or HOD i went to her with my complaints or my manager but nothing changed i have dates times and witnesses that can testify and he is doing this to two other collages as well that he is menially breaking down. I feel i cant cope in the workspace and exhausted my medical aid with my phycologist visits even and feeling i cant cope even anymore.
I Lindie Van Zyl need Legal representation for my 70yr Dad who was Locked up in jail on this week Tue, 21/5/24 due to family dispute and my Dad was assaulted and attacked by his wife's 50 yr old son in his own house and reported the case at the Police. My Dad was then notified afterwards that this case was turned around and false accusations was reported against my Dad and is now locked up aswell in the Boksburg correctional Services with no defence or support.
We are in tender business and we usually find ourselves unfairly bypassed and the internal procedures are usually unfair and ignored. We need an attorney who's familiar with laws that governs tender processes and their awards. A lawyer that can present us in the high court for an official review. We intend to file a review for more than 2 contracts that were unfairly awarded and we felt aggrieved
I was wrongfully accused and arrested I want to sue the state because even now the court it's still continuing even though the defender dropped the case they keep on saying further in investigation. My family went to the investigation officer and told her the defender it's a psyche but they did not do anything about it. I was held in Sun City prison for 3 days so I want to Sue the State
