We would like to know what all services you provide as we are looking for sub contractors to work with us on our buildings in numerous areas. We are looking for companies who can assist us with maintenance work on several properties in and around Cape Town (areas incl. Fish Hoek, Parklands, Maitland, Montague Gardens, Melkbos, etc.)
There is quite a few things that need to be fixed up and taken a look at. Can someone call me and come out to advise?

In need of 1-2 wooden swing doors with locks to be installed and some extra wood work perhaps.
Sliding door needs new wheels. It is very tight and almost impossible to slide.

This paint is a good quality paint but other paint can be used according to clients specifications. 2. Repair of steel structures – gates and carports (This includes removing rust and recoating with Duram NS4 Anti rust paint and repainting final coat. Colour to be confirmed) 3. Gutters on units (This includes putting gutters on the individual units to prevent the water damage to the walls. Gutters will be painted) 4. Tree felling (This includes trimming all overhanging tree branches from tree near main residence and other trees on the property near the units). The residents mentioned that the trees were a problem and they wanted some removed and others trimmed. These are all merely suggestions on exterior upgrades and maintenance to the property. Specific needs were not mentioned and therefore this quote is given on face value and on inspection of the property. At a later stage the driveway and paving can be looked at. 5.
