Good day, we bought a property and cannot move in immediately. As we do have a company doing the fencing and security, we would need a company (24/7) once we take ownership of the property. This will be within the next week - 10 days. Even when we are waiting for the security company to install the system, we would need a company there before, during, and after. My wooden garden gate has perished and has always been too heavy for its frame. It is in direct sunlight all day and exposed to rain so I need advice on material. I think the frame is still ok, but may need to be reinforced into the wall. The dims of the gate itself are 80cm x cm. Photos attached. I can use the existing lock but the slot would need to be cut out. I can use the existing handles. The colour is a dark brown according to estate colours. It does not need to be completely solid; it can be slotted. I can stain it providing I am given advice as to which primer and stain should be used, dependant on material of the gate. The finished item would need to be hung/lock fitted. I am not looking for a high-end product, but certainly one that would last.

This job is to replace an existing wooden gate that has perished. Pictures are attached. Measurements of the gate itself are 79.5cm x cm to the frame. The frame needs to be replaced too. I would need the existing handle and lock need to be transferred onto the new gate and the whole gate and frame installed. The gate need not be identical to the existing one.
Making enquiry as so how much this service would cost for 20 full days. The property has been burgled occasionally (property not the main house) and currently being sold to new owner. The 24 hour guard would be to keep vandals / thieves from entering the property or main house until sale goes through.
I have my 3 x 🐕 dogs sleeping in the house at night. During the day they have access to the kitchen area to rest and eat. I need to activate an alarm when at work, to the rest of the house (2 x bedroom, living area, bathroom) during the day and when I'm away with vacation. I am moving into a new home on May 1st and the landlord has mentioned that there is an already installed security system that just needs to be linked to a monitoring and armed response service. This is for a semi-attached house in Parklands.
One 6,4 meter gate. More or less One 2.7 meter. More or less. The two gates must meet. The long gate must be in front of the garage doors. Then other gate can be pushed open . We have a caravan that must be able to pass through the small gate. The attachment between the two gates must be able to go down when taking out the caravan.
