I have identified a residential land in Kuils River and I have a plan of building 10 70m² properties on the land. These properties will have to be modern affordable homes, a 2 bedroom house that will have garage/parking space and then some room where one can put a granny flat if they choose. We are moving into our new property in Rondebosch East over the next few weeks and there is a back part of the home that I need some advice on.
