I would like to add a double garage to my house with a entrance to the house through to the open plan living room and kitchen. Then on top of the garage in want to add a single bedroom flat with its own entry. The flat must have a small kitchen and living area and separate bedroom. Bath room with shower basin and toilet.

Using electricity of over a million. They have based this figure on historic data when there were kitchens baking, boiling, all day. And 4 industrial fridges running in a Farm stall. Freezers. And an art gallery, that was open and running all day. And a restaurant. With freezer, coffee machines, large fridge. And cooking all day. 🦺 All of that closed in , due to Eskom erroneous billing. And eskom blackouts destroying R60 thousand worth of stock and refrigeration failure And to base ESTIMATED usage to over 1 million, now, begins on a false premise. Our electricity consumption could never be based on pre figures, when we used a lot of electricity. And cannot be correct at all. Due diligence by Eskom regarding their estimate Intel, is flawed. They have thumbsucked this amt.

I suspect my employer is going to close down or liquidate and no UIF is being deducted under the guise of being employed by a Labour Broker, no tax deducted, and no contracts, working in excess of 45 hours with no overtime paid. My child ia a problem maker. She is lying alot to everyone around het. If been talking over a year with her on the phone. But the fater and atepmother has a problem of me when i want to talk to my child!* According to them she doesnt want to talk to me..she is 12 years old. The father was never in her life for 11 yaers. The school recommend me to put her in the kosuis. But then she decided that she wants to go and live with her father and that she want tl geg to know them better. So now when i call there is nou answer or they will tell me they will call back but it never happens. What else can i do legal wise please🙏
Redo floors (open plan living and dining, hallways, kitchen) and looking to revamp kitchen if possible. Floors currently low quality laminate. There is a covered courtyard between kitchen and garages that could be used to expand kitchen if necessary/possible, alternatively could be turned into scullery/washing room. Older complex (early 80's), needs some updating. Duplex with stairway. Home very dark inside but not sure that much can be done about that. I cannot always answer calls, please e-mail me.
Three room house, two spacious bedrooms on both ends of the house in the middle will be open plan kitchen and sitting room, the bedroom with both have en-suit bathrooms with shower and baths. the structure will be mainly plastered wall and some face brick wall. The layout of the house will be like three rooms each with three gable roofs.
11m x 7m. 3 car garage.. The walls are built already to roof height. There are 3 x single garage door openings already.. I would prefer the roof to have steel trusses to wood trusses. I do not want a ceiling .however I would Ike Sisalation covering underneath the roof 1st choice covering is Chromadek 0.5 mm IBR Second choice is Harvey tiles.
We have demolitioned our kitchen (busy taking down wall separating dining space to be one open space). We require new kitchen cupboards (U shape), quarts top, back splash, floating shelves, butler basin, small kitchen island. We have all appliances ready for installation. Kitchen is 9m2.
