My husband (87 yrs old) has always done our income tax returns but is no longer able. I have had to take over our admin matters and find our taxes too much for me. He has not paid tax for many years but now is receiving penalty notices for not submitting returns. I was registered for Turnover Tax (ran a B&B in Rooi Els) and had someone helping me sort out some problems, but my advisor has had an acute medical incident and can no longer help. We would like to have options on a fire alarm system based at Fyred - preferably a bell and flashing light. If this goes off then everyone must go to the assembly point. In addition, we have discussed a security siren with flashing light that our security can press in the event of an emergency / incursion. A panic button based at the guard house and another at the coffee shop. I am thinking we could combine both requirements and have a fire-alarm-bell, security-siren-linked-to-panic-button and flashing-orange-light (that goes off in the event of both). The reason for splitting the system out is that if security hit the panic button and the siren comes on, we don't want people rushing to the assembly point, we want them to stay inside. Also splitting them out will notify us who to call, so a siren = armed response unit.

Hi there, I am looking for someone who can design a simple, fresh 3 page website (intro, contact info and contact sheet that will go through on email) for my client, a law firm. You guys came recommend on Facebook. My client has an existing WordPress site, which was fine but the contact sheet isn't functioning properly. It's something about the Java script being faulty that I simply can't figure out. So through all my struggles to get it working properly, they are now in the mood for something new entirely, as the existing one is about 4 to 5 years old. Please let me know more or less the cost.
