owns a building in Lichtenburg with 3 bathrooms. Each bathroom has its own toilet and the male bathroom has a urinal as well. There is a nauseating smell coming from the male bathroom. The adjacent offices as well as the boardroom is severely affected by this. The toilets are also not flushing away all the toilet paper. We had a local plumber visiting the premises and his opinion is that we will have to replace all toilets as well as the urinal as the pipes and connections are too old and worn out.
