I need to start building my house at Mulelu location in nzhelele. I want an 8 room house with a garage.

It is a 6m x 6m x 2,4m house. The foundation also needs to be done 6m x 6m x mm IBR Polycarb roof No dividing walls at all
Theres a bathroom and one room is already built, I'd like to extend the room into a kitchen, dining room, lounge and add 2 bedroom
