Hi there, I am looking to get the interior of a new cottage painted. The cottage is around sqm. It has two bedrooms, a lounge, a passage, and a kitchen come dining room. I am looking to paint the walls and ceilings. I am also looking to paint the exterior of the house, which is a much smaller area. As well as the outside walls.
It's in phases. First phase 1. Faster board replacement 2. Gutter replacement where needed 3.beams to be replaced around the house 4. Removal of old outdoor shower 5. Window replacement 6. Painting the outside of the house and retainer walls. 7. Enclosing entertainment area but no plans submitted yet .
Need first to check and well secure my existing aluminum windows as there is some gaps on frame and window frame / windows are loose, noisy when cars go past. Replace 4 X old steel frame / glass windows with silver aluminum. 2 X Opening Windows below 2 x Solid Glass - Kitchen and Entrance 2 X Opening Windows below Solid Glass. We have a 16m opening that we want glass sliding cavity doors. Height around 2.6m. Would like to get an initial idea on pricing. This is for a new property purchase we are going ahead with and so doing initial research on costs. Frame needs to be black, not sure what material is best. Not sure on how many panels either, so can give me suggestion based on the space.
