Portion of roof over double volume has translucent sheeting (I think it is glass fiber installed 20 years ago: 4 sheets wide and c. 1,5 M long on both sides (E and W)) which was damaged by the recent hail storm. A small hole (± 20mm) appeared after the storm. So I guess the sheets will have to be replaced with corrugated polycarbonate sheets.

I am extending my home. We are hoping to be finished within the next few weeks, we are adding two rooms to the current property and need some quotes for the roofing of the extension.

Bathroom walls need to be cleaned from mould/damp and then repainted. I have the colour codes for the paint at the hardware shop so matching colours is ok. The door frame to the bathroom also needs to be cleaned from mould/damp and repainted too. Bathroom size is cm x cm, and wall coverage that needs to be fixed is only cm high. Everything was measured, but note that palisade and security gates (everything with spokes) were measured as solid length, i.e the length and height of the fence, doors and window frames. Good day. I need a quote It's a 4 bedroom house. 2 tiled bathrooms. Total floor area is sqm. Open plan lounge and kitchen. Bedrooms are quite small. 1. Open all cracks. 2. Fill all holes. 3. Spot prime where necessary 4. Paint all walls with Plascon Brilliant Sheen same color as existing. 5. Paint all doors and skirting with white matte Enamel paint. 6. Paint all ceilings with white Matt PVA The house was built in so is relatively new. We recently moved in and just want a fresh coat of paint...same colour. Some preparation needed to fill holes from previous fixtures and paintings and then some small cracks here and there as the building settled
