Good day My pipes beneath my kitchen sinks came lose, and is now leaking, so it needs to be sealed or possibly replaced, I am not sure. My drain was blocked, so I losened one of the pipes in my cupboard. Managed to clear the blockage. I live in a block of flats, and my neighbour's and my kitchen sinks are connected to the same down pipe. Their washing machine water also goes down their kitchen sink. They apparantley can not use the bath's drainage. Can you perhaps give me a quote plus minus?

There was water leaking from above unit as I’m on ground floor and do damage to my barthroom and outer wall of bathroom as well as the wall towards the kitchen.
