Good day, Our front and back yard are bricks currently. Front: We want to keep the drive-way and remove the rest of the bricks. On the left side of the front yard we want to do a parking spot of nice big pavers. The between the (2) driveways the left and right side one we wan to do a bit of gras with one nice tree. And a little plants. And some plants under the window in front. A walk way next to the right side drive way that carries all the way along side the house to the back of the garden. We don't want to over garden as this house was brought to fix up and re-sell. But the landscaping really needs a little boost. Back: We are extending the braai room about a meter back and 2 meters longer than it currently is. We want grass around the braai room with a nice wall way. We brough a beautiful rustic old fire pit. Under that we want some nice pavers. We have the chairs that goes with the fire pit as well. And then just a little plants at the back as well for a bit of charm. Please note: We just brought the house so the condition currently is not to great. We want to warm up the landscaping but do not want to over invest as this will be a fixer upper. But we want the first glaze at the property to be memorable. Thank you,

We have a room built against a hill, which means that there is soil directly against half the height of one wall. When it rains, water in the soil seeps down and through the wall, damaging the carpet and the paintwork in the room. What is needed is comprehensive damp-proofing along the length of the wall, and down to foundation level.
I need some maintenance and relatively minor (hopefully) repairs and painting done on my home including; bathroom grout/silicone repair, kitchen cabinet repair (hoping maintenance can be done rather than a remodel) and some painting done due to minor water damage in spots. Various other small things as well.
Please email me. I work at a university and not always available for calls. Granny flat. Rising damp from foundations (I assume). Converted garage. 1 wall, has a french door in the wall, hoping to stop damp on either side of door, each wall approx 2m. Damp (flaking plaster outside and mould on inside wall) up to approx 2m high.
We are a mixed use complex and need - 1. building of boundary walls/planter boxes; 2. waterproofing of the basement roof; 3. large security gate and french door repair; & 4. wooden decks repairs. Please contact me for an appointment to check out the work required. Allen Mitchell, Building/Estate Manager

Currently there are a few banana palms etc which I would like to stay, but the rest requires clearing - some horrible roots (palm tree) and an oliander tree to be removed. The ground needs to be leveled in places. Then I would like the entire garden composted because our soil is very sandy. And then planted up with beds, no lawn, but rather ground cover. Is it possible to give me a quote for the design and labor alone? I can get a good price for the compost and plants as I have always bought them from Boschoff Nursery.
I have a 2 bedroom house in a Home Owners Association complex in Douglasdale. There is a small pool. The garden has an irrigation system that needs repair. Grass needs mowing and Flower beds needs work. PLEASE PROVIDE A QUOTE FOR REGULAR VISITS INITIALLY ON A FORTNIGHTLY BASIS. Thank you.
I am in Johannesburg but my parents reside in Kleinmond, WC. My mother has taken quite ill and my father is therefore not able to take care of the cleaning of the house or the maintenance of the garden. I need someone who can take care of this while my father is unable to. The total size of the property is approx. sqm
