I have the plans but they still need to be submitted to council. I have recently bought a plot in De Rust, where I would like to build a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Around sqm. I am going to be completely off grid and want someone that can integrate solar electricity and water collection systems into the build. I want a very simple and elegant build, open plan. I have a strict budget to stick to and will be building through means of a building loan through the bank. The current garage and outbuildings must be converted into a one bedroom flatlet with small kitchen. A workshop will be added to this at the back. Open roof trusses painted white. No solar or electrical geyser only Gas geysers for all bathrooms and kitchen. Gas stove for main house kitchen. No stove for flatlet. Covered patio. Windows to specifications. Lights and fittings to specifications. No baths for the 4 bathrooms only showers.

I would like to build a house on a 1 hectare lot. The smart home will have floor-to-ceiling windows comprising of 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 4 car garage, study, home cinema, 2 living areas, a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi connected, pool house with a bar. Furthermore, staff quarters building shall be detached from the house which will form part of a 2 bedroom guest house with a big 4 car garage to store additional cars
KITCHEN: water inlets put in for a washing machine and dishwasher and the electrical plug point for them, kitchen walls painted correctly, curtain rail put up above window. BATHROOM: most crucial is painting**, then - put up a curtain rail above the window, (potentially bathroom redone - new toilet, bath and sink). GENERAL: light bulbs replaced in 3 rooms (2 LED bulbs per room), floors need replacing throughout apartment - tiles - but we would like advice (55 sqm apartment).

My boyfriend and I hosting a celebration/dinner party for friends and family at a private venue in Salt River. The event starts from 16:30 with welcome drinks where we would like a few group shots following which we would like a few candid/documentary-style shots of the dinner party hosts and guests enjoying the meal. We are estimating about 4 hours of photography.
