Which is better, a carport or a garage?
We only have preliminary designs done but we know exactly what we want. 2 x 9x6 Nutec houses joined with a 1m passage. Similar outlay for each: Bedr & bathroom on each side with a 3x6 kitchen-lounge in the middle. Patio/veranda 3x1,5m with wooden deck added to each house, Total: 4 x ensuite bedrooms, 2 livingrooms, 2 patios. Total plus minus sq m
roof leaking
Hi we bought a property in Swellendam, with two cottages. One of the older cottages with thatch roof ha leaked in water last weekend with rain. and it need immediate attention. Looking for a quotes to fix and maintain.
Roof was damaged when tree fell on it,hole bout 30x90cm big. It's a asbestos roof. Need replacement for 1 sheet
Could you please quote me on the attached plans for a house at 36 Hillary rd in Mountain Homes. I would like to know which would you recommend, a Chromadek or tiled roof. Could you give me a costing for both, and if you would include the cost of putting either up. We already have a Harvey Tiled (Metal sheeting that looks like tiles) roof. We want to cover over the existing roof, with another layer of White Corrugated iron (Aluminium). Please can you come and give us a quote we want to do this ASAP. Thank you.
