It is a double story home in Silverhurst that requires repainting. Woodwork: Front entrance door and wooden feature on second floor outside main bedroom needs repainting. Some rising damp evident in a few places outside around ground floor of house need attention and one spot on roof above ktichen is shoing through inside needs attention as well. Please could you send someone out to give us a quote as soon as possible before the rains set in.
Bathroom walls need to be cleaned from mould/damp and then repainted. I have the colour codes for the paint at the hardware shop so matching colours is ok. The door frame to the bathroom also needs to be cleaned from mould/damp and repainted too. Bathroom size is cm x cm, and wall coverage that needs to be fixed is only cm high. Good day. I need a quote It's a 4 bedroom house. 2 tiled bathrooms. Total floor area is sqm. Open plan lounge and kitchen. Bedrooms are quite small. 1. Open all cracks. 2. Fill all holes. 3. Spot prime where necessary 4. Paint all walls with Plascon Brilliant Sheen same color as existing. 5. Paint all doors and skirting with white matte Enamel paint. 6. To build a paint if the wall it doesn't have the first code you will have to put undercoat then pain with your first code and if the whole it has the cracks first make sure you use poly Fila. And for that cracks and to use that poly Fila just make sure you use sandpaper so that on your first quote you can just be able to see Pony filler and cracks. Can you can put your quotes.
. The Boundary Wall at said Unit was Accidentally Bumped by a Vehicle and the wall was damaged to such an extent that it crack through on both sides for +- 15.6m2 and dislodged from the pillars. The wall will need to be broken down and Rebuild form the foundation. (See attached Photos) Wall Will Need to be Waterproofed / Prepared for painting and then re painted.
