Hello, I'm looking to rent my condo - 3 bed / 3 bath. I'm ideally looking for a long term rental but short term will work as well. The condo is in Upper Gardens and has a great view of Table Mountain. Only 3 condos in the building. I live in the US and will be arriving in Cape Town in mid-Jan. I plan to get the property set up for rental starting on 1 April . I'll need a management company to find tenants and also manage the operations.

This year we plan to market our work at Museum where all the schools we work with to face the competition with all cultural activities such as INGOMA, ISCATHAMIYA,UMSHADO,SPIRITUAL GOSPEL, POETRY, ACTING AND CREATIVE ART. This year we need four High Artist performance, big sound and 2 djs .The schools will be rewarded with trofy and certificates plus medals . Our event will be on the 20th June at Golden horses and it will start on the morning by 8am to 3 pm.

The wedding is a lobola celebration/modern traditional wedding. My fiance is a Xhosa man and I am a Tswana girl. The matrimony and reception will be held at my home (in the yard- our yard is quite spacious). We are expecting guests from the Eastern Cape (My fiance's family).
