How long does an architectural project typically last?

5m x 20m devided in 2 x open plan granny flats. Pole posts and wood frame. IBR siding + insulation + OSB inside walls. Insulated wooden floor with OSB finish. Total 4 stable doors + 12 alluminium windows. 2 x Bathrooms, ea with toilet+basin+shower. IBR high pitch flat roof + sisalation Lights + plugs Pole deck 3m x 7m + staircase
Good Day, I would like to change the layout of my Bathroom- Move basin and shower. Re-tiling of bathroom and Toilet (they are separate.) Move Front door from existing place and incorporate stoep with Main bedroom. Building cupboards to be built in 3 bedrooms. I would also like house to be re-painted inside and out.
We are in tender business and we usually find ourselves unfairly bypassed and the internal procedures are usually unfair and ignored. We need an attorney who's familiar with laws that governs tender processes and their awards. A lawyer that can present us in the high court for an official review. We intend to file a review for more than 2 contracts that were unfairly awarded and we felt aggrieved
I need all the bedroom build in cupboard doors to be sprayed as well as the kitchen cupboards. I also need the whole house to be repainted inside.
