I need an accountant to do financial year and issue financial statements that are compliant to the banks. I will also need those accounts to be audited to comply with the banks as I intend to apply for a bond to buy the farm in two years time.

Need to add another building to the current alarm system and extend the service contract or change the service provider. As the estate is rented out, I am looking for a security service provider who brings in the components required to provide the service at a monthly/annual fee. Needs to take full responsibility of alarm system operations so tenants are not involved in keeping the system running. Looking for service providers offering such "Security as a Service" model as I don't want to invest in alarm system components but lease them as part of the service.

Hi, I am just looking for quotes to get an idea of cost. I would like to enclose my covered stoep area with cottage window style but from floor to ceiling (or thereabouts). Ideally looking to have big doors in there as well in the sam style as the rest of the windows. The one side is approximately 2.5m W x 3m H, and the main area is about 5.8m W x 3m H.
. The Boundary Wall at said Unit was Accidentally Bumped by a Vehicle and the wall was damaged to such an extent that it crack through on both sides for +- 15.6m2 and dislodged from the pillars. The wall will need to be broken down and Rebuild form the foundation. (See attached Photos) Wall Will Need to be Waterproofed / Prepared for painting and then re painted.
I have a sunsynk solar system that has been installed. It's like 99% done, the entire PV side is done including dc protection box, the switch gear has also been done. The only thing missing is to wire 2 breakers (geyser and oven) on the non essential board. I can send pictures of everything. And I then need a CoC. The electrician and I had a falling out and now he doesn't want to finish the install. Would you be able to help?
Leaks. 2 main areas of the house: 1) front (area 1) 2) back (area 2) Front = Garage area (area 1) Back = Where new extended part of house and old extended part meet. Garage Multiple leaks at garage area that causes floor to be wet and mouldy when it rains. In garage there are beams, and at one location there is a vertical rise (wooden planks), with eroded plastic insulation. Gaps in between wooden planks as well. And then, is it leaking in other parts of roof as as well? Area 2: Over time, wear and tear occured where the two parts of the house meet (old and new, roof). Likley in the insulation structures.
