Carports vs. Garages: Pros and Cons
Which is better, a carport or a garage?
I want to build my mum a house at home in a rural area of Emondlo. I wan to build a 3 bedroom house with a kitchen, living room and a dinning area. I also need a patio. She takes her retirement in 5 years and I would like this project completed by then.
We've had old tenants who punctured holes in the walls and applied wallpaper over them, I need the wallpaper to be removed and the walls to be re-plastered. I also require waterproofing in the shower and to arrange the cupboards correctly in the kitchen.
I want to build a 2 room house next to my main house, on the same property.
sqm log home on stilts. I am wanting to do this by the end of January.

I bought a house that was being renovated, a few things were not done or not done properly e.g. laminate were done but the edge at one of the doors was not done and that has made matter worse.
The size of the floor plan will be square meters with lot size of squares.
2 toilets are running. I have to turn the water off to stop it running. 1 toilet is dripping at the pipe heading into the loo. The top element in the oven isn't working.
