Good evening,I was wrongfully arrested by police with wrongful statement that was made by the company im working,and the supervisor who gave police statement kept on changing statements to police,one docket it has three statements of my supervisor due to he was biased by the company just for me to lose my job and get arrested for something i did not do.I do have whatsup conversation with my supervisor apologizing for what he did and he was not aware that they are throwing him under the bus the arrest was made on the 15/07/24 got released on the 17/07/24 even now the case is still on.im asking for lawsuit for this company,also I was suspended for the very same case at work and i won the case because the chairman saw that I was innocent and the supervisor was biased.The supervisor was instructed by the team leader to go with us to clean the old warehouse under his supervisor and he instructed us to load the old roller door in the truck after a month i was by my team leader asking about it and i told her the supervisor instructed us to load it then the supervisor was made company witness and i was the only one who got arrested during winter slept with dirty blankets for nothing.I have case number for that case please im asking for help even today the very same supervisor and team leader they are still after me at work,im working under oppression please im deeply humbly asking for help and the security officer was there when we loaded the roller door he even witnessed that it was not theft and we did not dismantled the roller door pieces of roller door were laying down on the floor. I don't want anything from the marriage but she still insist that I agree to pay all marriage debts even when I don't want anything from settlement. I don't have any debts in the marriage but all hers and majority of those debts she made without talking to me first, telling me its her money but now im the one who should pay for them. If she wants me to pay then she is forcing that everything is decided in half, which wasn't what I want. She gave served me with dirvoce papers and all I wanted was signing the papers so she could be free as she said her life would be better without me All I want is giving her the divorce she wanted and start afresh with my life. Because now I can't do anything with my life
I hope you are well as you receive this email. I'm in a process of getting reimbursement from LPFF after filing a claim as recommended by LPC after the findings of their investigation. Now my problem is that, the lawyer Mr Phillip Masiza who has been interdicted by LPC from practicing after seizing all the files except mine is nowhere to be found and LPFF needs copy of it or proof of sequestration if there's one to release the funds. I would like to request you to check if there's a sequestration order issued for him by the courts of law because that's my only option and hope since he can't be located or advise what I can do legally to force him to submit my file to both LPC and LPFF. My parents are concern about since I was pregnant they wrote a letter to ther father child family ...My Family is and their is Chaka....so From they wrote a letter to Chakas Family informing them about my pregnancy and the Chakas family responded to My parents that their Son agreed about he impregnanted me and he'll pay know since we separented he says nouthing I took legal action and took him to court for support when he comes he asked for blood test I agreed and yesterday Me and Him and the Child we from the blood test. There’s a dispute between my Mother who has gone to child welfare to take over custody of my son, on the basis that I am unemployed. Now, as someone who is on the system of the welfare with my first born… I have since got my life together and am heading on almost 2 years sober in May. I am the only person who has been and raised him since the day he was born and he’s always been happy healthy, fed, gone to all his doctors appointments etc. ive since moved in since October and it’s has been the absolute worst decision of my life, There was a fallout two weeks ago on a Friday and they kidnapped my son and drove away with him until I had left the house, despite almost having to go to hospital that night for a mental and anxious breakdown due to their actions I still went to the police station and was escorted to colllect the child. I was not allowed in the house during their conversation and eventually the police had said they cannot allow me to take the child. My right as his legal guardian were taken from me based on a total nonsense story given to the police. The following day I had called and apologised and begged to come home to my children and was told to wait until they had been the Child Welfare the following Monday. I was constantly in contact to find out when I could come be with my babies and eventually they said I could come home provided a did a drug test, which I did, all of which was negative. Ive been left in the dark completely as to what’s going on, nobody from the Welcare has contacted me and even when I suggested to go with my family on the day they went due to me wanting to hear the allogations so I knew where to either take responsibility and work on myself or defend myself in the case of them saying whatever needed to be said regardless of whether it was true or not to take custody from me. I am a wonderful Mother and my children love me more than life, my mother has only been involved in this child’s life since October last year he’s now 16 months. Shes not even know him half of his life and she is trying g to play some sort of superhero when nobody needs to be saved?? I will fight to the death for this, because yes I deserved this when the welfare got involved with my daughter because I was indeed on drugs and living on the streets but that version of me died 2 years ago and I will not let the person they knew me as back then dictate who I am now. I am not the same person, she died 2 years ago!!! Please I don’t know where to turn or what my next step is even, if I could just get some guidance on who to turn to as my legal representative then I know how to take the next step Ps. There was also an absolutely ridiculous o tract I was made to sign prior to be being allowed back with my child who is STILL in my custody on certain terms I have not one bit of agreement with, but was made to sign as blackmail to be with my kids! It was signed u set duress, and is being held around my neck like a death sentence. Please help.
I am looking for legal assistance regarding my divorce, which has been pending since it was filed in . A maintenance Rule 43 was filed by my attorneys at that time, but my ex-spouse has only made a few payments in and has not paid since. I have all the necessary documentation for both the divorce and Rule 43. I require a lawyer to help finalize the divorce, enforce Rule 43, and recover the overdue child support. At present, I am unemployed and unable to pay for a consultation, but I am open to arrangements for legal fees to be recouped from the unpaid child support.
I have a unfair labour dispute with my ex employee because he failed to re employ me after the retrenchment and we had an agreement it was the employer the union and the bargaining council. So during the retrenchment consultation we were served with retrenchment notices that stipulated that after 3 months we will be re employ and the first workers that were dismissed with retrenchment will be given first preference and those of end of contract that were project based will also be called afterwards. Indeed people were called to come back to work and I was excluded because we had dispute in past and I sent them to CCMA so they excluded me as a way of unfair retaliation to spite me because we do not have good working relationship. Then launched the dispute of unfair labour practice section at ccma. After few days the employer called me to say that they are offering me payment R 12 to drop a case against the company. The offer or settlement state that they pay in order for me to drop cases and find another job it means they are dismissing me in other way so I refused the offer and escalated the matter to the MEIBC for consultation and arbitration. So I'm still waiting for the date to be set .below I have attached the prove of re employment agreement and sms's about R payment offer to drop case and find another job.

Well, I had agreed to give my wife the house...but seeing what she is doing now, I want to withdraw that and by now I believe the decree of Divorce might have been obtained. The court asked her to go back to court on the 2nd of April. Which is very soon. How can we remedy that? I only agreed to give her the house as we were running away from the people that can be taking my company to court and we end up losing the property. But now she is not sleeping at home, she doesn't want to sleep with me anymore, she come home drunk on weekends...she totally changed.
