I would like to enlarge the living room area and tear down a couple of walls as well as build new ones. Bathrooms would be halfed in order to make space for a larger walk in closet and a guest toilet. Kitchen island removed and a new one installed yet direction of the island would have to be modified. . New tiles in both kitchen and bathrooms…..Possibly some roof work needs to be done.
A water leak is coming from the first-floor bathroom. It has been leaking consistently for the past 6 months and we need to find out what the source is. Hello I've got the metal roof that still needs to be redone and I'm not sure what type of roof is inside the house it's a normal roof white but I think water somehow went into the roof now it's just sitting there and causing my lights not to work and there's a leak next to the light bulb holder. My bathroom wall has a hole for building plumbing/ maintenance, I would like to close this hole with a door or mechanism that can be opened as needed for plumbing maintenance. The main reason for closing is the odour from the plumbing shaft as well as insects which enter my unit through the shaft hole. The hole is +- 1,7m long and 50cm wide. The existing single concrete washing trough must be bolted to the wall. The waste pipe can be lead into the drain which is also situated within a metre distance.
