My areas of choice are Kenilworth, Lansdowne, Rondebosch, Rosebank, Observatory Or Claremont too and maybe Salt River in the Southern Suburbs and Table View in the north .. Preferably something modern not too old. My budget is actually 14K per month or if it’s really beautiful then I’d go as far as 15K

The condo is in Upper Gardens and has a great view of Table Mountain. Only 3 condos in the building. I live in the US and will be arriving in Cape Town in mid-Jan.
