wall in bedroom is damp and lifting, shower is on the other side of the wall. assuming there is water seeping in from shower as the sealant has worn away. need scraping , re-plastering and painting of bedroom wall and sealing of shower floor. laminate flooring also lifting and needs to be replaced. we have extra panels available
Painting of the walls and roof, I would like two separate quotes, of my house. My house was originally painted with Kenitex many years ago and then repainted about 15 years ago There is some loose paint that will need to be attended to and some cracks that will need repairing. I would like the house painted more or less that same colour that it currently is.

Hello! Area above two bathrooms allows water to enter next to the wall. Flat roof with gutters on it. Main roof were fix 3+ years ago but this 5m stretch starting to create problems. <10 m2 urgently; maybe need update bigger area as well. Don't think this job is very big as a start and will take max a few hours. Thanks!
