Good morning, please can you provide a quote for the following plumbing issue. There is a T junction where the sewer from one toilet runs into the pipe from the main toilet. The T junction is within about 2 metres from the main toilet and 5 metres from the second toilet. There appears to be a broken or damaged pipe in this area and this restriction is creating a blockage. It seems that the T junction will need to be replaced. There is obviously paving that needs to be removed in order to reach this section. We have previously had a plumber in who tried to clear the blockage and gave us the above information. The project would be in Hermon, 24 km from Wellington and 30km from Malmesbury. On this plan we need the IBR sheeting to be one whole length sheet of say 1,5 meter wide and 19 meter long. Require a carport structure to be erected next to a braai room in my backyard. Material (steel sheets, steel lipped channel purlins, steel flashing and steel poles) are on site. The area to be covered is 6.25 x 3.45. The contractor must be able to erect steel carports, have a welder as part of his team and have power tools to cut steel purlins, steel sheet and steel poles. Roof structure requires welding.
I am looking for quotes for splitting the pipework in 6 unit complex so that each unit has its own incoming water supply and install a stop valve per unit. We require this so that we can install prepaid water meter. So if you can offer prepaid water meter as well and make it one inclusive quote , that ill be highly appreciate otherwise just the first part is the most important for now.
This is a new built house . I need designs by the above mentioned things around the house which is in a sloppy place .closer to the wall of the house small paving ,follow by a lawn and then paving that is the back of the house .St the front paving next to the wall,lawn and the flowers after the lawn .
I have a couple things that needs some doing, but no idea what cost is involved in doing so: (1) My complex unit does not have any neutral wires running through the light switch boxes (I would like to install some smart switches at some point and the best ones all need the neutral wire in the light switch box). There are 10 light switches (5x3 gang, 2x2 gang, 3x1 gang) I need to pull through some neutral wires, and would also like to move the on switch to the other side of the wall. (2) There are 8 wall plugs currently, but I would like to install 8 more (since each bedroom only has 1 and a couple more will be very convenient) and move two of them. I need to repaint and redo the floor in the near-ish future, so opening up the walls and floor is not an issue as long as it will be closed up again after words (3) The DB is from the 70s I think and looks and feels very dated, and although I have a COC that indicates everything is in fine working order, I would like to install/update the board to something newer at some point as well I need a quote for each of the three mentioned jobs to get an idea of what I need to budget or what I can afford currently.
