Hello, I represent a Croatian company INDUSTRIUS d.o.o. In we established the mentioned company INDUSTRIUS SOUTH AFRICA (ent. num. K) but we did not use it to conduct any business at all nor have we filed any financial statements. Public Officer that we had at the time is unfortunately no longer available. Now we have some business opportunities in SA and for start we would like you to help us with the following: 1. we are not sure if we can still use this company - meaning we do not know if it is going to be deregistered because of non-compliance. Also, we did not open a bank account for the company because business visa was needed and it was time consuming so we postponed it at the time (incorporator had another type of visa which was not accepted) 2. conducting our business in SA would imply transferring Croatian employees from Croatian company to SA company which raises questions such as what about corporate visa, intra company transfer visas etc - can you help us with that?
