I have 2 property's I need transferred to my trust.One property has a value of R and the other has a value of R.I property is in sherfield hills balito and the other in verulam. The verulam property is 45yrs old and a bedroom house.The sherfield property i just purchased and has not been built as yet but I would like it transferred into my trust. The developers have their own attorneys but I requested my own attorneys do transfer because of costs.

Maintenance he give he has 2 kids by me and another 1 by someone else which he pays every month he pays my daughter school fees aswell which is odd gor the year that is I have 4 kids 2 of my own all my kids are under 13yrs old..the disabled 1 he cost so much money his traveling is a month school fees is a year because I had it substized he needs a certain dietary 4 school 4 the his on nappies that beside eating and thing taxi fare to red and back I can give u a whole list as u can see he isn't evens cutting it even with me and them he takes out loans after loans contracts like he has nothing to loose here he gives 20% I have to give the rest I don't think the system is doing any justice for me im unemployed live off sassa and hustle what I can for my kids future and men like him can just get married take on more responsibilities so they can't afford to give more maintenance and I said if ur kids are sorted there will be no problem I have to pay the girl tranport plus my other 3 suppose.
My father passed away last year while he had 2 wives one civil married(with 5 children over 18) the other traditional( with one child under 18). Civil married children went to fetch 3 vehicle from traditional wife where my father was staying. We had agreement but now she said we must bring back everything because she didn’t give us concent . I have a tenant I would like assistance with eviction. The tenant has been in arrears for most of the lease duration. Letters of demand are being "ignored", and a lease cancellation letter together with a notice to vacate have since been issued but the tenant has not vacated almost a month and a half after the grace period expired. I need an attorney to be in the high court on the 11th of this month I was illegaly evicted and we hot a high court order to stay the eviction there is an advocate but my lawyer decided to withdraw on 99 and my property was badly damaged by the sheriff's office people and numerous of my belongings is missing aswell I am still buzy looking through the remainder of my things.
My brother killed his girlfriend and also tried to kill himself. My brother and his girlfriend were chilling with some other people while they were relaxing there apparently the deceased lady fought with her friend and my brother tried to stop her and had an argument together as he was tryingto stop the lady from fighting the friend. They left the place went to another house to one of the deceased lady's friend and when they got there they still fought to a point where my brother took a knife and stabbed the lady multiple wounds and slit her throat and also tried to slit his throat too after realizing that he had killed the lady. Someone called the police and found him lying on the ground with murder weapon on his hand. He admitted everything to the polices as he was taken to the hospital. He has appeared to court three times now with no progress to his case going forward. His second appearance he was told the police officer who is responsible for the case was not available and third appearance same story about the police officer.
I am charged with the following: 1. Assault common 2. Malicious Injury to Property I did not commit these charges, a complainant is trying to implicate me. I only grabbed a bag because a rider was refusing to pay a trip fare after I had transported her in an Uber platform. The grabbing of a hand bag was done to get the attention of the client. In the process of grabbing a bag, she pulled it forcefully from my hands but since the grip was too tight the hand bag got damaged. As for the assault and malicious Injury; no I did not commit these incidents. My criminal case was held on 28 February at Pietermaritzburg Magistrate Court. I am due to appear for a second time on 26 March at the same Court, and I was instructed to bring a defence Attorney/ Lawyer on 26 March . Kindly Assist
Its a case of harassmen. It going on for a few months. I did not have representation cause i could not afford it. The hearing is on 12 March . I lodged the claim of harassment againts a gentleman and he has an attorney defending the case against it. I have provided recorded verbal messages that were sent to me. It seems that its not suffiecient to prove my case.
