It is an apartment block. The block consists of ten apartments. 5 one bed and 5 bachelor. I need the whole block painted in plascon micatex including trim. Please give me an idea of costs per Sqm (if that’s how you calculate it). This would be for a proper Pre,p, fill, and paint of all exterior surfaces and trim (wi Dow’s, eaves, gutters). I need custom pedestrian gates made to replace wooden gates which are failing due to age. The main house is wood based so 2 gates need to be made with a post cemented on that side to ensure privacy. So sheet non rust metal outside cover is likely the best means. Also I need gates painted black. I also need one gate at the front of the house that has entrances. I want a padlock on each gate to secure the property when no tenants are occupying the property.

Square meterage is around 90 and the ceilings are at 2.7m. The walls are in pretty good condition but will need a little filler for old holes. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and dining room need to painted in that there has been water damage to my apartment . We have now attended to fix the waterproofing on the outside of the building . My insurance requires three quotes so that the inside of my flat can be painted accordingly. Hi, I am looking at having 1 bedroom painted and, depending on the cost, an additional bedroom painted as well. The floor area for each room is about 20 sqm. The paint on the walls in bedroom 1 may need to be scrapped off/filled in to make the final coat even. The second bedroom has a single wood panel that runs horizontally across the room that would need to be removed before the room can be painted.
