Buglers came into the house to vandalize and steal all the steel in the house. Currently all the water taps, shower taps, basins taps, sink taps and all handles are missing therefore need replacement. An estimate of what is needed is following: - 2 bathtub tabs and handles - 2 basin dual (hot and cold) tabs - 2 shower tap and handles - 1 sink dual tab And other general plumbing services like reconnecting the municipality water back into the house.
Toilet and tap in main bathroom is leaking and the floor is getting very wet. The toilet seat which is a cream colour is cracked and needs to be replaced. The guest bathroom white toilet set needs to be replaced. The 2nd Bedroom white toilet set needs to be replaced. This toilet also has the push flushing pads built into the wall. The full flush is loose and needs to be looked at. The Basins in the main bathroom has the push in plugs silver they are not sealing properly and needs to be replaced. The Taps in the wash rooms does not want to turn close and it is very difficult to close once you have opened it. The double kitchen sinks in the kitchen also need 3 new press plugs which are different to the bathroom one's as they leak slowly once filled with water. We then have a blocked pipe in the front garden on the side of the house which is on our property. Thanking you

Renovating bathroom. Everything has been removed already, main feed in the wall but new pipes required Toilet stays in the same place, but the pipes need to be slightly adjusted. Shower is moving to where the bath was - pipes from the baths main feed needs to be extended about another 1.5m for the shower. Basin is moving to where the shower was, piping just needs to be extended downwards. I have added 3 photos in the attachment option - I'm not sure if they've uploaded.
Good day, You once came to repair, service and move the outside aircon unit at my place. However, the challenges continue with water still being discharged in the house and not outside. I would therefore like to remove this aircon, specifically the outside unit until I have decided on whether I put in a new once or a used unit. Regards
Hello, I had a plumber fit a new toilet and repair a few other toilets etc in my house but he never finished and never put the rods in the new toilet, as his spouse passed away. I am very unhappy as already paid him but now I can't find a tenant without this being done? U believe some of the toilets are still not flushing properly. 1. Toilet handle broken. Can still flush if we open the cistern and pull the lever. 2. Outside pipe that leads the water from the washing machine and kitchen taps to the drain bitten off by dog. Now water flowing into yard. Replacement of pipe (and studier pipe) required. Pipe length roughly 3-4m long but leads around around the corner to the drain. The main job would be to remove an old skew trap toilet and install a new one. If the old cistern is kept a leaky inlet pipe should be fixed as well. I would like I would like a quote for this. I would like to have a broken basin replaced. This would be done at the same time as the main job and so I would have them quoted together. Lastly I wish to see what it would cost to have a washing machine plumbed into the bathroom. Please quote this job as if you received the other two jobs as well. Lastly I would like to have a external solar geyser inspected to make sure there are no problems with it.
