Scrape off all loose paint open all cracks , prime and fill Cut all expansion gaps and fill with Sikeflex Rubberseal all parapets and areas where fine crack appears Repair and use anchoring cement for all major cracks clean gutters and repaint facias Prime and seal all repaired areas Attend to damp problems Paint all wall with 2 coats of plascon wall seal on house and boundary walls Check waterproofing on roof side of parapet Optional extra ( roof special) Rubberseal ridge capping Check for broken tiles Waterproof all joints and valleys ( including garage roof Coat entire roof with 2 coats

Once the client approves the estimate then an appointed contractor is informed. Pricing - includes material & labour. Problem: Hot water temperature too high, pipe/s making Hammering, thudding sounds. Only registered, certified plumbers' quotes will be accepted. Check thermostat & geyser pressure valve, set temperature to 55 degrees Celsius; In addition: Replace washers to bath, shower, kitchen sink, washing machine & dishwasher taps; Water Jet cleaning of water system.
