What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
I need to have a new kitchen installed. The kitchen has been stripped bare so there is a blank canvas. I have already had the plumbing and electrical points done and I have decided where I want the different appliances to go. All I now need is for cabinets to be installed, a built in stove and hob installed, and a dish washer and washing machine installed.
I am looking for someone who can remodel the house. A new roof needs to be installed with tiles. Ceiling and tiling of the whole house. Removing the bath in the bathroom and making it a walk in shower. Plastering of the house outside and putting in face brick. The front of the house will be cladding stone. Leveling of the house to be even before tiling.

Extending passage wall out by app. m. ( That will go into bathroom, study, and kitchen space which are next to each other in the passage. We will then have to in turn. extend the outer walls of these rooms by a meter or so to restore size. On the opposite side of the passage are 3 bedrooms. I would also like to extend the outer wall of these bedrooms outward by a meter to extend the bedrooms. These bedrooms’ outer wall is about 3,5 meters long each.
Hi there I am in the process of purchasing a home. It currently has a flat sheeting roof which has started to leak. I would like to find out (more or less) what the cost would be per square meter, to convert to Harvey tiles or a tiled roof. Good day, We are based in Impala Park, Boksurg. Please can you advise me how much you charge per m².... if that's how your charging system works? We want to extend our house this year. The extension will be double story, m² more or less in total. Upstairs about 49m² and down stairs about 49m² with a stoep and balcony. We want to break down a wall in our current lounge and extend it to make a new lounge (old lounge will become dining area) This will be downstairs and will lead onto a stoep. Upstairs would include a main bedroom, bathroom and small study and balcony. Stairs would run from the new lounge area upwards. I will be getting architectural drawings done in February, we will send them to you once we have them for a more accurate quote but would appreciate a good estimate of the cost in the mean time so I can also look into getting financing from the bank. I previously utilised a different architect to draw up and submit the plans and I've already paid scrutiny fees, but this architect is very unprofessional and unreliable as I always have to run after him and he never respond and he has no answer. I need assistance to follow and notify me the progress of the plans at the council
It is an upstairs addition. I need to know the condition of the foundation and if it will be able to handle another level. And I need to know all the costs involved. We require a new manual change over switch installed at/near the db board. New external water proof plug point installed on the outside wall for the standby generator. Replacement of 1 x day/night sensor operating 2 x LED exterior lights. Replace 1 x "jam jar" light fitting. Remove "illegal" cable installtion to exterior plug point and run new T&E cable from exterior plug point to DB board, through newly installed conduit housed in wall.
