I have an open balcony on top of a concrete slab. Under the balcony is my scullery as well as a bedroom. Between the tiled floor and the wall around the balcony, water is leaking into the scullery and bedroom. The leaks are only just where the roof and the wall meets, not any other places on the roof. In the corner of the bedroom you can also see the damp on the wall, just opposite the one outlet of the water on the balcony.

The bathroom, laundry & garage had been added to the existing house and sone time after the initial build, the corrugated roof of this new structure (which includes these 3 areas) was raised. When it rains, it leaks into the old structure on one side (that we are aware of) where the old and new structures meet..
I have a tiled deck which has developed small cracks. It was built 25 years ago using a tourched on system with a slip sheet and tiled with non glazed vitreous tiles over. What I would like is to leave the tiles in place and waterproof with a Derbigum system and then place artificial grass over the entire deck of 60 M 2 Many thanks, Ronald Rosenberg.

1. Do you offer external wood staining for weather protection. 2. We've had damp proofing to our home in the past, and it's starting to come back, although not as bad. There are a few sections (3 levels) however only a few patches which need damp repair. 3. Painting over after damp proofing 3 separate quotes would be ideal
Scrape off all loose paint open all cracks , prime and fill Cut all expansion gaps and fill with Sikeflex Rubberseal all parapets and areas where fine crack appears Repair and use anchoring cement for all major cracks clean gutters and repaint facias Prime and seal all repaired areas Attend to damp problems Paint all wall with 2 coats of plascon wall seal on house and boundary walls Check waterproofing on roof side of parapet Optional extra ( roof special) Rubberseal ridge capping Check for broken tiles Waterproof all joints and valleys ( including garage roof Coat entire roof with 2 coats

Once the client approves the estimate then an appointed contractor is informed. Pricing - includes material & labour. I have a flat corrugated roof on my outbuilding, I have issues where water is dripping down the walls when we have excessive rainfall, recently hire a pro who use rubberized waterproofing and did not do a good job, so I am a lost for words and who and what to trust. The water is getting under the belcony tiles which has caused dampnest of my wall and the paint is pealing off. It's only 6sqm the tiles has to be removed, and torch-on bitumen applied then re-tiled. I want it done as soon as the walls and the belcony has dried completely. Because the last guy that did it said it would last 10 years and it's not even 6, the second picture is to show the state of the walls directly below the belcony.
